Does Out O' Space Storage provide a lock?
You may purchase a high quality lock from us.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
For your convenience, we recommend paying by credit card, which we can set up on an auto pay basis without an additional charge. We accept all major credit card providers. We also accept payments made by check or money order.
Am I renting space on a month-to-month basis or do I have a long-term lease?
Leases are month-to-month, but we will customize terms for longer term tenants.
Are there moving trucks available to use?
Yes. We are a U-Haul truck rental dealer.
Can I buy boxes and moving supplies from Out O’ Space Storage?
Yes. We have a large supply of boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and other moving and storage supplies.
Do you have moving carts available?
Yes. Moving carts are available for your convenience.
Do you have video cameras on premises?
Yes. We can show you when you tour our facility.
Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
No. We have gate controlled access.
What is climate control?
Climate control is a feature that we offer at our facilities. Climate controlled units mean that units are generally maintained between 55 and 85 degrees.
Do you offer RV/boat/vehicle parking?
Yes. We have outside and inside parking (in limited supply) available.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, which provides a tenant the convenience of direct access from a vehicle.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We will allow you to book a reservation 30 days in advance of use.
What kind of security do you have?
Gate controlled access, video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and lighting.
What are the payment terms?
Leases are typically month-to-month, but we do provide customized leases on a longer term basis. We offer AutoPay where we can automatically charge your major credit card each month to save you time and errors.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Can I pay my bills online?

What size storage units are available and how do I determine what size to use?
We offer a wide range of sizes from 5x5 or 25 square feet to 20x20 or 400 square feet. Our Store Manager can help determine the size required and whether you should rent climate controlled space.
